Terms of Service for Frost Buddy

Order Placement and Processing

When placing an order with Frost Buddy, please note that every order requires our explicit final confirmation. Orders are subject to item availability and price validation before acceptance. We reserve the right to decline, restrict, void, or delay any order due to pricing discrepancies, stock shortages, payment verification issues, or potential fraud concerns.

Once confirmed, order processing typically completes within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are between 7 and 12 business days. Shipping fees applicable to each order will be clearly presented at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you must submit your return request within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, kept in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging intact.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned items. Approved refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at purchase.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour window, your order may already be in fulfillment and cancellation might no longer be possible.
